Filed under: RIGHT NOW — MK Chavez @ 8:29 am

Hell-o All,

I’ll be reading this coming Saturday night!  I’m reading with a bunch of cool writers and it’s for a good cause, so come along and say hello.

All the info is below. In other news– I have an interview up  at Side of Grits (great name) and work forthcoming on Rusty Truck, Outsider Writers, and 580 Split.

There are also two other things to check out, first Melissa Hansen has come out out with little beasts which shouldn’t be missed. If you need convincing make sure and read my review of this anticipated book. Another do not miss is the latest from Paul Corman Robert’s Neo(Commuter.)

not trying to be boring on purpose

Filed under: RIGHT NOW — MK Chavez @ 3:33 pm

I think I’ve broken the cardinal blog rule. I haven’t posted in awhile and I’m even boring myself…

Now that confession time is over (circa catholic upbringing) it’s time for action (circa I became an atheist when I was 15) and I’m updating,  and will continue updating this bloggysphere of mine, and hopefully it will be a bit more enticing when you get those pesky (but not regularly sent) highly personalized mass email announcements.

Be warned there’s one coming to your cyberhood very soon!

Thanks for reading—and newest poetry is up on Rusty Truck (Scot Young’s new online literary journal)
